At Abba Pet Shop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of dog grooming services, we do not offer refunds for services that have been completed. If you are not satisfied with the grooming results, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns promptly.

2. Deposits

Once our deposit policy is implemented, deposits collected to secure appointments will be non-refundable. Deposits may be transferable to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit any deposits paid.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require deposits for future appointments.

4. Service Issues

If a grooming service is interrupted or cannot be completed due to a pet’s health or behavior, we reserve the right to adjust charges accordingly. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
