Abba Pet Shop offers professional dog grooming services by appointment only. Availability may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

2. Pricing and Estimates

Prices shown on our website or communicated are estimates only. Final prices may vary based on your dog’s size, coat condition (e.g., matting, dirt), behavior, and requested extra services. Final pricing will be confirmed at the appointment.

3. Deposits

We are working to implement a deposit policy. When active, some bookings will require a non-refundable deposit, credited toward your final bill. You will be informed before any deposit is collected.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to deposit requirements for future bookings.

5. Pet Health and Safety

All pets must be healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations. We may refuse service if a pet poses a health or safety risk to staff, other animals, or itself.

6. Liability

Abba Pet Shop takes care during grooming, but is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, allergic reactions, or unexpected pet behavior causing injury.
